Terms and Conditions

The minimum opening order is $150.  Minimum re-order is $100.

Payment is due with order. We accept Visa, Master, or American Express.

Products are shipped FOB Santa Rosa, California by UPS ground, unless otherwise requested.

Wholesale prices listed are available only to qualified retailers.   A state tax resale number is required for all California accounts.

As most of our products are handmade, there may be some minor variations in color, finish, etc.  These are not considered flaws. Please examine your order when received. Any discrepancies or damaged must be advised within 10 days.  Returns are allowed only with prior authorization by World Treasure Trading. There is a 20% restocking fee. Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all freight charges.  

A late charge of 1.5% per month will apply to all past due accounts.
